Welcome to Lee-on-the-Solent Junior School

We are a school that is committed to 'Quality'; in teaching, in learning, in standards of achievement, in standards of behaviour and in relationships.  This is clearly identified in our Mission Statement and philosophy.

Myself, teachers, support staff, governors and children believe that it is important for the whole school community to work together.  Co-operation and understanding between home and school shows your child that we are working together to develop them and their education.  We aim to build close links with you.  During the school year you will receive regular newsletters, information and invitations to parent/teacher interviews.  

You are welcome in school at any time to help and support our work, eg in the library, helping on visits, listening to readers, helping with displays, organising resources.  We have an 'open door' policy and welcome members of our community who have the skills and time to help and support our work.
